Information for Employers

Welcome to the University of Washington School of Law. We look forward to assisting you with your recruiting efforts and providing you with access to our exceptional students and alumni.

Below are three ways you can connect with students and alumni.

  1. Post a job announcement through Center for Career Development Online, our recruiting management system hosted by 12Twenty.
  2. Provide an externship opportunity for a school-year extern. All students are required to complete 60 hours of public service work to graduate. This requirement may be fulfilled by working for school credit with a public service employer.
  3. Participate in an upcoming On-Campus Interview or Resume Collection through Center for Career Development Online. Full OCI details can be found on the Organized Recruiting Programs page.

Contact our office for more help on how to work with our students and alumni.

Employer Diversity Programs

The UW Law community has raised significant concern that some diversity programs have not reached historically underrepresented populations in the legal profession. We encourage employers to clearly identify eligibility requirements for diversity opportunities.
