Intellectual Property — Russian Law

Ms. Anna Bakhmetyeva joined the University of Washington School of Law in 2011. She is an affiliate instructor and teaches Corporate and IP Law for Technology Innovators course at the Global Innovation Exchange (GIX). As an Assistant Director and Academic Adviser of the UW Law Graduate Program in Intellectual Property Law and Policy (IP LL.M.), she provides academic and career advising, manages the admission process, works on strategic and curriculum planning and finances. Anna provides administrative support to the USPTO Law School Clinic Certification program, Entrepreneurial Law Trademark and Patent Clinics (ELC), Center for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy (CASRIP), Washington Pro Bono Patent Network and works on various grant projects. She is a member of the Seattle IP Inn of Court since 2011. Anna serves as the UW Law School liaison and provides administrative support to the Seattle IP Inn of Court Board and members.

Ms. Bakhmetyeva is also a licensed Foreign Law Consultant in the State of Washington. She practices Russian IP and Contract Law in Hughes Media Law Group, Seattle.
