Participants

Saadia M. Pekkanen is the Job and Gertrud Tamaki Endowed Professor and the Founding Director of the Space Law, Data and Policy Program (SPACE LDP) at the University of Washington. She is a member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) and a lifetime member of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR).

P.J. Blount is a Lecturer in Law in the School of Law and Politics at Cardiff University. He serves as the Executive Secretary of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL).

John J. Klein is a Senior Fellow and Strategist at Falcon Research, Inc., and Adjunct Professor at George Washington University’s Space Policy Institute, Georgetown University’s Strategic Studies Program, and the Institute of World Politics.

Paul B. Larsen is a former Professor of Space Law (visiting and adjunct) Georgetown University Law Center and Southern Methodist University, and a Senior Legal Counsel for the US Government Interagency Committee on GPS.

Pavel Luzin is a Visiting Scholar at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and a Senior Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation.

Wendy N. Whitman Cobb is a Professor of Strategy and Security Studies at the US Air Force’s School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS).
