Focus on Faculty: Price and Sanford Publish NextGen Bar Modules

Professors Carrie Sanford and Terry Price have recently published NextGen Bar Exam Modules with AccessLex that combine family law and contracts. The modules cover a wide range of topics including premarital agreements, division of property, alimony, establishment of parentage and child custody.  Since the NextGen Bar exam tests more than one subject at a time, some of the exercises incorporate several subjects into Integrated Question Sets or the Performance task essays.
