SCOTUSblog Features Six-Part Interview with Professor Eric Schnapper

Professor Eric Schnapper has been arguing cases before the United States Supreme Court for more than 40 years. Recently, SCOTUSblog sat down with him for a six-part interview to “discuss his background, from Yale Law School to a twenty-five-year career at the NAACAP Legal Defense Fund to legal academe; how Supreme Court advocacy differs from other legal advocacy; the importance of legal briefs and their relation to oral argument; what one can and cannot prepare for in oral argument; and stories and what one learns from a long career as a Supreme Court advocate.”

You can watch the entirety of the interview below:

Most recently, Professor Schnapper argued before the Court in United States v. Wong.
